Janney Hires Wealth Management Executive From Morgan Stanley In Delaware

Philadelphia, PA-headquartered Janney Montgomery Scott has appointed industry veteran Randall Renneisen as an executive vice president of wealth management in Greenville, DE.

Renneisen, who oversees about $195 million in client assets, is joined by vice president of wealth management Robert Fischer and registered private client assistant Susan McDermott. Together they will form The Renneisen Group.

Renneisen spent the previous four years at Morgan Stanley and prior to that was at Citigroup Global Markets between 2006 and 2009. He worked at Legg Mason from 1988 until 2006, having started his financial services career in 1984 at Renneisen, Renneisen & Redfield.

In related news, at the start of April, Jonathan Fairbanks - who oversees over $100 million in client assets - was hired as first vice president of wealth management in West Hartford, CT.

Janney is an independently-operated subsidiary of The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and a member of the New York Stock Exchange.
